The eight skills
| Skill | What it does |
|---|---|
| Claims review | Every proof of claim against Rules 3001, 3002 and 3007 and your schedules; flags with the rule and page; a review memo, the identifiers list for the D. Minn. clerk, or the LF-76 actions; local claims rules for twelve courts; an objection outline on request. |
| Deadlines | Bar dates, the 341 meeting, plan, confirmation, first payment, the 21-day claims review, Rule 3002.1 windows; every count under Rule 9006(a), forward or backward, the court notice first. |
| Intake documents | The list a debtor must produce and when: credit counseling, schedules and statements, pay advices, tax returns for the trustee, the means test forms. |
| Rule 9037 redaction | What may appear in a filing, what the rule exempts, and the motion to redact under 9037(h) when a claim shows the debtor's full numbers. |
| Rule 3002.1 mortgage notices | Payment-change and fee notices on a home loan under the rule as amended 1 December 2025, the response windows, the end-of-case steps, and the S.D. Fla. Statement of Intent (LF-48, LF-48A). |
| Trustee requests | Turning a trustee's document request or 341 follow-up into a checklist for the client and a cover letter for the attorney. |
| Client emails | Plain-language drafts in the firm's voice that answer every question the client asked, with every date and figure traced to a document. |
| Docket watch | New docket entries and notices turned into a dated task list across cases, each date marked as from the docket or computed. |
How it works
You download a folder of plain-text skill files. In Claude, each folder installs as a skill; in another assistant, a skill file can be pasted as instructions. Nothing runs on this site and nothing about your cases comes here.
Each skill starts from a short guardrails page: drafts only, every rule and figure checked against its source, the court's notice over any computed date, client information only in tools the firm has vetted.
Kept current
The skills follow the rules as they change: the Rule 3002.1 amendments of 1 December 2025, the Rule 3001 change of 1 December 2026 (renumbering, and sanctions that reach the open-end statement), and the local rules and orders of Minnesota and the Southern District of Florida. Each download carries a version and a change log.
