The PDFs you check are opened and read in your browser tab. They are not sent to this site or to anyone else, and nothing from them is stored on any server.
What stays in your browser
The case facts you type and any unlock codes are kept in your browser's local storage so they are there next time. Clearing this site's data in your browser removes them.
What this site receives
When you use an unlock code, the code is sent to this site to be checked. A code carries the case number it opens, its end date and the payment's reference; to check it, this site also asks Stripe whether that payment was refunded. If you press Refund, this site asks Stripe to refund that payment. After a payment, the payment reference Stripe adds to the return link is sent to this site, which asks Stripe whether it was paid and which case number was entered.
For the Chief of Staff subscription, after checkout the payment reference is sent to this site, which asks Stripe for the subscription and the firm name entered at checkout and returns a download code carrying both. The code is kept in your browser. Each download sends the code here, and this site asks Stripe whether the subscription is active. Nothing else is stored.
The site is served by Cloudflare, which, like any host, sees the address each request comes from. Cloudflare may also ask your browser to report network errors to it; such a report carries the page address and the error, nothing from your documents. There are no analytics or advertising scripts, and the page's content rule allows scripts from this site only.
Payments
Payments are taken by Stripe on its own pages. Stripe receives what you enter there (card, email, and the case number or firm name). For a whole-case review this site receives only whether it was paid and the case number; for the Chief of Staff subscription, the subscription and the firm name, as described above.
