What it is

Sharp Artisan reads proofs of claim and other filings in your browser and lists what an attorney reviewing them would check, with the rule each check rests on. It is made for attorneys and their staff. It does not give legal advice, does not decide whether a claim is valid, and does not file anything.

Its limits

It reads what a PDF's text, form fields or OCR give it, and says which pages it could not read. Read the claim yourself before acting on any flag, and check every figure against the source.

A whole-case review

A purchase opens the whole-case review for the one case number entered at checkout, for 90 days from the payment. There is no account; the unlock code is the access.

Refunds

For 3 days after the payment, the Refund button at the end of the whole-case review refunds the payment in full at once, and the case's unlock code stops working. One refund per payment.

After that, if the whole-case review could not open or read the claims in your case, ask for a refund within 30 days of the payment through Link's support at support.link.com, which handles purchases made here, and the payment is refunded in full.

Chapter 13 Chief of Staff

Subscriptions open soon. The subscription is $19 a month and renews monthly until cancelled. It is sold only to attorneys licensed in a United States jurisdiction and to law firms, for use by their lawyers and the staff they supervise; the buyer confirms this at checkout. It covers one firm, named at checkout. While it is active, the firm may download the current skill files and use them inside the firm; the files may not be resold, published or shared outside the firm. Files downloaded during an active subscription may stay in use inside the firm after it ends; later versions need an active subscription. The license file inside the download controls if it differs from these terms on the Chief of Staff files.

Cancel any time from the link in the Stripe receipt (managed through Link), or by email; access runs to the end of the month already paid. Subscription months are not refunded. Payments are processed by Stripe through Link, which handles payment questions under its own terms.

The skills produce drafts and checklists for an attorney to review. They are not legal advice and do not replace the attorney's judgment, the rules or the court's orders.

No warranty

Sharp Artisan's tools and the Chapter 13 Chief of Staff files are provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Rules, forms and local practice change; the attorney checks every output against current sources.

Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, Seven Sky LLC's total liability for any claim relating to Sharp Artisan is limited to the amount the person making the claim paid Seven Sky LLC for Sharp Artisan in the 12 months before the claim arose; for the free tools, that amount is zero.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, and any dispute is decided in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.
