District of New Jersey: the objection deadline and the trustees' review
D.N.J., Local Rule 3007-1: "An objection to the allowance of a claim must be brought by motion or adversary proceeding," filed by the later of "60 days after the entry of the order confirming plan" or "60 days after the claim is filed or amended." Read the rule.
The standing trustees put the review on counsel. Newark: "it is your duty to review and address the claims filed." Southern New Jersey (Finberg): "The review of claims should be undertaken prior to confirmation, after the claims bar date" and "after the government claims bar date."
