What Sharp Artisan gives you for it
- the review date: 21 days after the non-governmental claims bar date, moved past weekends and federal holidays under FRBP 9006(a) (state holidays not counted);
- every proof of claim read against your schedules and the Bankruptcy Rules, with the page each flag comes from;
- the identifiers in the claims that Rule 9037 says must not appear, as a list to report to the clerk (last four digits only);
- your action on each claim in one memo you can print.
The whole-case review is built for Chapter 13 cases. The claim check and the Rule 9037 check work on any filed claim.
