Chapter 13 Plan [ver. 01/25], § 9: "Unless otherwise ordered by the Court, the amount of the creditor's total claim listed on the proof of claim controls over any contrary amounts listed in the plan." Read the plan form.

What Sharp Artisan gives you for it

  • the objection date: 90 days after the bar date (and after the governmental bar date for governmental claims), moved past weekends and federal holidays under FRBP 9006(a) (state holidays not counted);
  • every proof of claim read against your schedules and the Bankruptcy Rules, with the page each flag comes from;
  • each claim set against the amount you scheduled, since the total on the proof of claim controls over contrary plan amounts unless the court orders otherwise;
  • your action on each claim in one memo you can print.
